Consulting Contracts & Fees*

We bring to your organization a team of experienced consultants ready to listen, observe, advise and execute changes that produce results.

Initial consultation involves acquiring a thumbnail of your concerns, a briefing of your organization and issues and a quick site visit - this gives us the framework of your project and allows us to generate a proposal to your organization.  Initial consultations are "gratis" - a two hour onsite visit to understand your situation is free.  We return a proposal for you to consider within a few days.

Our minimums for a contract are:
     ~ $1000 contract value
     ~ necessary travel expenses billed
        ~ $0.42 per mile
        ~ reasonable lodging/meals
     ~ other expenses pre-authorized by the client

Our compensation is based on $250 per day (eight hour standard) per consultant on the project. We carefully maintain documentation of our time and provide weekly project statements.
